Mabvuto Phiri is a Journalist/Producer. Mabvuto is a Media practitioner of several years standing who has held various positions of responsibility at MUVI Television. In his years as a journalist, he once served, as managing editor for Zambia’s first satellite television, MUVI TV, located in Lusaka. One of his key achievements at the television station was the successful establishment and management of the news department. He is currently managing editor of current affairs and Z-Kids News at MUVI TV, a subsidiary of Kids News Network under the auspices of Free Voice, based in the Netherlands. He is a weekly telecast commentator and also contributes to various professional media institutions. Mabvuto is a beneficiary of a two-month NSJ Training Trust attachment to Botswana Television. He has written breaking news and analysis.
